Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Shoes must be returned in their original footwear boxes.

How to Return or Exchange

Email us at info@westernwearuk.com with your order number and reason for return.

Pack the item securely in original packaging.

Ship it to our Qambar Swat address (details provided upon approval). You’re responsible for return shipping.

Once we inspect the item:

Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchange: If desired, we’ll ship the replacement once the original is approved and processed.

Refund Conditions
Refunds exclude original shipping charges. Shipping costs are refundable only if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or quality issue).
Returns Due to Our Error
If the wrong item is delivered or if the product is defective, we cover return shipping and offer a full refund or exchange as preferred.
