Return Policy
If you need to return a product purchased from WesternWear.pk or an official Western Wear store, please follow the steps below:
Return Timeframe:

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of purchase.
How to Return by Courier:

Visit our online returns page to generate and print your return label.

Log in to your account or sign in as a guest using your order number and name.

Select the item you want to return and provide the reason.

Include the printed return detail slip in your package.

Attach the shipping label securely, covering any old addresses or barcodes.

Send your package via courier to:

Important Notes:

We cannot accept returns for products purchased from unauthorized retailers. Please contact the original seller for their policy.

Items must be returned in their original condition, packaging, and with all tags attached.
Exchange Policy
We guarantee that our products are authentic, defect-free, and of high quality.
Exchange Terms:

Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of purchase.

Courier handling charges will apply.

You will need to place a new order for the replacement item.

Western Wear reserves the right to reject an exchange request outside the 15-day period.
Sale Items:

Items purchased during a seasonal sale with a 25% discount or above are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged — except for size exchanges of the same article (subject to availability).

Items bought before a sale period cannot be exchanged for sale items.
How to Exchange by Courier:

Retrieve your order using your order number or mobile number.

Select the item for exchange and provide the details.

Print the return detail slip online.

Send your package via courier to the same return address mentioned above.
Additional Conditions:

Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer as per courier charges.

No exchanges will be processed for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for purchases made online or in-store.
Product Quality Claims
If you believe you have received a defective product purchased at full price within the last 90 days, please contact us with:

Clear photographs of the defect

A scanned copy of your purchase invoice
Claim Process:

Our team will review your claim to determine whether it is a manufacturing defect or damage caused by wear-and-tear/misuse.

Claims are processed within 15 business days.

If approved, you will be notified via email to send the product back via courier.

Upon receipt, a replacement will be shipped within 7 working days, subject to availability.
Note: Claims will not be accepted for products that have already been replaced under a previous defect claim.
